Objective of Post UTME Syllabus in Government

The main objective of the syllabus is to introduce students to the basic concepts in government. In pursuance of this, issues such as politics, governance forms of human polity, political participation, political ideologies, institutions and organs of governance including international relations would be studied. Students will also be introduced to the nature and character of the Nigerian State and the different stages of its constitution development.
