    after following the recommended steps on reaching the “reset token” I do not receive the reset token on either my phone or email.
    how can I be helped so that I can finish the process in time?

    I am a student and trying to reset my pass word for my portal so as to access my portal on the new system.
    a reset token is not being sent to either my phone or email and yet am notified that it has been sent to my phone or email. how can I be helped?
