To be eligible to apply for Curtin university scholarships must have met criteria related to course academic and English language entry requirements, applying candidate must be an international student, a full fee-paying student, and have enrolled in the undergraduate program of the university, and the candidate must have commenced a full undergraduate degree at Curtin University, Australia, to be eligible the applicant cannot be studying at Curtin through a sponsoring body.

Candidate must not have received any credits for recognized learning, as it is a merit-based scholarship where the students must achieve and maintain an ongoing course weighted average of 75% or above to be eligible to apply for the scholarship.
