Christiana Nkemdilim Nee Egbo was born in Surulere, Lagos on the 24 December 1984. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Egbo are from Enugu State in Eastern Nigeria. She is the tenth child of her very large family. Tana attended Treasure Land Nursery and Primary School in Surulere, and then St. Francis Catholic Secondary School in Idimu, Lagos. Both Primary and Secondary School were in Lagos, Nigeria. When it was time for higher education she went to the University of Lagos, where she studied Urban and Regional Planning.
Thereafter, she went on study makeup and style from the makeup art school London (South African campus).
